Welcome to a 75 min of heart-centered slow flow yoga where we will explore grounding & opening practices. Class begins with breath awareness, and transitions to aligned engagement to stretch strengthen & explore balance in a slow free-flowing pace. Modifications are provided and encouraged. A handpicked playlist is curated to support the practice’s energy and theme. Class ends with a guided restorative pose to shift you and your nervous system from ‘doing’ to ‘being’ for full relaxation.Â
