I provide heart-centered yoga practices for anyone looking to bring more calming energy into their lives. Join me online to experience the rejuvenating effects of mindful movement and breath, along with the healing power of resting poses for a more balanced nervous system.
All you have to do is come as you are.
A heart-centered 60 min slow flow yoga class where we will explore grounding & opening practices. Class begins with breath awareness, and transitions to aligned engagement to stretch, strengthen, & explore balance in a slow free-flowing pace.
A nourishing 90 min restorative class perfect for slowing down and going inward. Class begins with breath work followed by gentle movements and a series of restorative poses to shift you and your nervous system from ‘doing’ to ‘being’ for full relaxation.
You, beautiful being, are invited to slow down and take a step back from the chaos of daily life. Rather than fighting against yourself, this is your opportunity to cultivate enduring self-compassion. Better yet? To become your own greatest ally.

But I’m also very, very human. I know what it’s like to work through personal blocks, and I understand how it feels to navigate the turbulence of inner critical voices. I'm aware that breaking free from old patterns and adopting new ways of living, such as showing ourselves kindness or developing sustainable, enjoyable movement habits, is a process. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting your individual journey, and holding space for curiosity, exploration and evolution.
For me, yoga has been a practice in learning how to return to myself again and again. I believe that everyone can benefit from the transformative power of yoga, and that through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, we can connect with our bodies, open our hearts, and access our inner wisdom.
